Sermon today was about the danger of procrastination!!! Our 'next year' will never come. Till our skin sags and our hair greys, IT WILL NEVER COME!!! (Esp for me...)

SO! I have made a decision to JOIN THE HALF MARATHON this year!!!! (Quite scary to announce it here though LOL...) Wanted to join the previous year but due to my knee and ankle injury (on the same leg) + various excuses, I didn't. However, it seems a little ambitious to run 21km cos I'm usually a short dist runner........

who sprints off like a frightened cockroach upon hearing the gun shot. Wahahaha...

Wanted to run just 10km, but Joe gave a DON'T-WANT-LA!!!! look and challenged me for the half marathon. Hence, training commenced tonight!!!!

Third jog of the week... And tonight I discovered I can run faster and longer by looking up at the sky instead of ahead... Oh man don't visualize that lol... Should try it... But be careful not to trip lol... 

After 36 minutes of run.....

LOL.... Can you see the lethargic cum satisfied look? LOL.. Yes! Broke my record for previous and present year! Aiming to run 38 mins next! 2 more mins... (^;^)v

I miss the old garang-about-sports me and those siao-on days... It will always be lurking in my blood, ever ready to manifest itseif... Muaha...
